Placing Orders

1. If you have questions, please send us an email at sales@waaycool.com. We will be glad to answer any questions to help you make your selection. If you want to discuss your questions, please provide a phone number and a good time to call.
   
   
2. Once you know the handline configuration you want and any accessories, simply email us at sales@waaycool.com and include the part numbers, quantities, shipping address, and required delivery date. Often times we have customers that are headed on a fishing/sailing trip and have hard delivery date requirements. We need to know that to make sure we can meet your date and properly price the shipping costs.
   
   
3. We will create a detailed quote, including shipping costs, and send that back for your review. If you concur, simply send funds via PayPal to sales@waaycool.com. If you do not have a PayPal account and you wish to pay via credit card, please let us know and we will send you a "Request Money" email from PayPal that will allow you to enter your credit card information and PayPal will credit our account. We never see the credit card information.
